Do you offer money back guarantee?

All our products go through rigorous testing for authenticity to ensure the standards are being met. Some items come with valuation certificates from independent jewelers. If you would like a valuation certificate for a specific product, this can be arranged for a small fee. If you receive a faulty item you are fully covered by our money back guarantee.

We are unable to offer refunds on change of mind.

What are the delivery times?

We pack and send items within 24 hours (or next business day) of your order being placed. We use Australia post and post everything via express post, with signature required on delivery. Please note that even though we are sending your items via express post it will usually take approx. 3 to 4 days to arrive due to the current postal systems we are governed by, which is beyond our control.  

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes. However, please get in touch with us if you see an item you love.

Do you offer layby?

Yes. We need a 20 percent non-refundable deposit to place an item on hold. You can pay it off over 6 weeks.

Where do you source your jewellery from?

We source our items from all over Australia as well as overseas occasionally. We encourage and practice sustainable and ethical standards.
